Moringa and Dark Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup chocolate walnuts
- 1.5 Tbsp Moringa Powder
- ¼ cup Golden raisins
- 2 Tbsp spoons Flax and/or Hemp Seeds
Instructions:
- Use a non-stick baking sheet or line with parchment paper
- Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler – I use a bowl over a saucepan with boiling water. Not too hot!
- Stir in the moringa
- Pour over the baking sheet to about a 1/4+ inch thickness
- Sprinkle over with raisins and nuts. Then lightly press them into the chocolate
- Put aside to cool then transfer into a freezer to harden
- Break into chunks and enjoy.
