Moringa and Dark Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chocolate walnuts
  • 1.5 Tbsp Moringa Powder
  • ¼ cup Golden raisins
  • 2 Tbsp spoons Flax and/or Hemp Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Use a non-stick baking sheet or line with parchment paper
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler – I use a bowl over a saucepan with boiling water. Not too hot!
  3. Stir in the moringa
  4. Pour over the baking sheet to about a 1/4+ inch thickness
  5. Sprinkle over with raisins and nuts. Then lightly press them into the chocolate
  6. Put aside to cool then transfer into a freezer to harden
  7. Break into chunks and enjoy.
