Greens Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 teaspoons of Ventree Life moringa leaf powder
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 cantaloupe
  • 1/2 stalk celery with leaves
  • 1 handful mixed greens such as spinach, kale, parsley, other...
  • 6 ounces of water or soy/almond/oat milk
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Agave syrup, maple syrup, honey or stevia to sweeten 

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to your blender, I recommend a Vitamix if you have one, and blend at a high speed until smooth. Feel free to experiment with the ingredients. I used lemon instead of an orange and didn’t have celery handy – the result was very tasty. Enjoy!
