Greens Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-3 teaspoons of Ventree Life moringa leaf powder
- 1 orange
- 1/4 cantaloupe
- 1/2 stalk celery with leaves
- 1 handful mixed greens such as spinach, kale, parsley, other...
- 6 ounces of water or soy/almond/oat milk
- 1 cup of ice
- Agave syrup, maple syrup, honey or stevia to sweeten
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your blender, I recommend a Vitamix if you have one, and blend at a high speed until smooth. Feel free to experiment with the ingredients. I used lemon instead of an orange and didn’t have celery handy – the result was very tasty. Enjoy!
