Moringa Avocado Toast

Health Benefit: Anti-Inflammatory

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Moringa powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation: Mash avocado with Moringa powder and lemon juice; spread on toasted bread. Season with salt and pepper.
