Moringa Ginger Tea
Health Benefit: Boosts Immunity
Ingredients:
- 1 – Tsp Moringa Powder
- 1/3 Tsp Ginger Powder (You can use grated ginger, but I find the powder more convenient
- ½ lemon squeezed (I use bottled pure lemon juice – again more convenient)
- Sweetener: Maple Syrup is my favorite, but honey, stevia, agave syrup or other
- Hot water – not too hot
Instructions:
Make the water hot enough to be a tea but not roiling, boiling hot as this will have a deleterious effect on the nutrients in the moringa. We recommend adding a small amount of water to the ingredients in the cup and a bamboo whisk to mix it all together before topping up with water. Even so, you’ll have to stir as you enjoy this drink as the moringa doesn’t dissolve into the mixture completely—keep a teaspoon handy.
