Moringa Guacamole

Boost your fibre with this delicious and easy guacamole!
- 3 avocados diced
- 1 Roma tomato finely diced
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper finely diced with seeds
- 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Moringa powder
- Sea salt to taste
Directions: Add avocados to a bowl and mash them with a fork slightly and then add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Moringa powder is an excellent source of fibre. Enjoy!
