Moringa Soup
Health Benefit: Anti-Ulcer
Ingredients:
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Moringa powder
Preparation: Simmer vegetables in broth until tender. Blend until smooth and stir in Moringa powder before serving.
