Ingredients
1 tsp Moringa leaf powder
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
1 cup hot water
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions
Prepare as you would for any tea. The moringa powder is loose so if you want to filter out the grinds use a small small sieve or a paper coffee filter. The ginger can besliced or grated. Use equal parts of the ingredients adjusted to your taste. I usually double-up on the moringa. The lemon juice mitigates the pungent taste of the powder.
Benefits
For centuries, teas have been cherished for their calming effects on the mind and their ability to promote overall wellness. Moringa tea, in particular, is packed with antioxidants, supports digestion, and helps boost energy without the jitters.
The efficacy of Moringa tea depends on the quality of the powder, its origin, the richness of the soil it’s grown in, and the care taken during processing You can be assured that your 100% Ugandan Pure moringa powder from Priceless Farms meets and exceeds quality standards worldwide.
